Why I left may day job – a work in progress

It has been nearly a year since I left my day job.

After working for nearly 14 years as a “Certified Framer,” and a “Framing Manager” at Michaels Stores, Inc., I have become physically and mentally incapable of doing the work and unmaintain pleasant demeanor.  My body has become nearly broken with chronic pain, herniated discs, and consistent gastrointestinal issues.  My mind became numb with depression.

I knew it was time to leave when I had the urge to toss a screaming child out into the parking lot.

This was generally how I look and feel.
